We accept returns 30-days from your date of purchase. We accept open bags of food, treats and supplements on a case by case basis, as determined by our team. 

Please note we do not accept returns on toys AND chews unless they are unused, in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will request that you bring the product back to our store or donate the bag to a local rescue (if applicable). Refunds will be issued only once product is received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

We honor flat rate shipping for returns on a case by case basis. If your return shipping exceeds our flat rate shipping you will be charged the actual cost of shipping based on your location and the weight of the products you are returning. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
