How do Pest Repelling Medals Work?

Posted by Maya Perez on

If you have ever browsed our flea & tick section in store you might have noticed these little, metal pet tags and wondered what they had to do with pest control. This week we wanted to highlight FleasGone The Natural Flea & Tick Repellent Tag to further educate on all natural pest repelling options.

The FleasGone medal is an innovative way of repelling ticks, fleas and other parasites. It works by forming a bio-resonant field around your pet and repels all flying parasites, including those which cause pets danger from disease and discomfort.

The medal is made with jewelry grade Zamak and charged with electromagnetic scalar waves. The reason we love this product is it is very simple to use and can be used for dogs and cats at any life stage and weight.

To use the medal all you have to do is make sure your pet is clean of fleas and ticks and attach it to their collar. The medal is lightweight and does not contain any chemicals.
It usually takes between 7-21 days (depending on the pet’s weight & size) for the pet’s body to “tune in” to the frequency from the FleasGone Tag. The best way to ensure the most complete preparation is to attach the Tag at the same time as the “last” treatment with a generic treatment. A bath with an anti-parasite shampoo could also assist in removing all parasites to which the pet may be host and this will not have an affect on the medal.

What's great about these tags is that they can last 2 or 5 years! This means that it will save you money and hassle in the long run. Not only are the medals effective but they also reduce waste that is associated with pest control.

Better for Mother Earth. Better for us. Better for our pets.
